I was a student so i'd come back and join for a month and then suspend my account while i was at university.
This went well for 2+ years.
On coming back and taking my account off suspension, they informed me saying i am not a member and i would have to pay £20 joining fee and then 2 months membership.
I argued that i filled in the form for suspension but they were not interested at all.
So I paid the amount and joined again.

I paid for the off-peak membership so you are allowed in before 4.30pm
I was running late and got there probably around 4.32pm and the lady at reception said I was not allowed in because I had an off-peak membership, i explained to her that i was running late but she just didnt seem interested.
so i proceeded to cancel my membership.

The staff are completely out of line with no leeway at all!
Worst customer service at a gym I have seen and I've been a member at 6+ gyms.

The gym is usually full at all times and one of the jacuzzi's is always out of order.
