I had so many problems to cancel my membership with Bannatyne's because I was traveling and they didn't cooperate with me. I was only six months member as it is the closer Gym near my place in Maida Vale.

It is clear that the staff down like to work in there. One or two maybe smile to you. The manager is very rude. And many others bad things about its facilities that didn't make a huge difference for me as I care ore about 'how I've been treated'.

They do not value their customers and could not care less if you want to cancel your membership.

There are so many clubs, please, think a lot before you sign something contractual with them.
