I booked for a treatment for 9am and was told when I arrived that they had phoned my works at 5.30 pm knowing full well when they left the message nobody was there (as recorded message says works and offices closed at 4.30 pm and reopen at 9am.

I send an email to Tamworth branch complaining and had now reply and then to head office complaining I didnt even get the courtesy of a reply off them.

Although I have had no problem with treatments in the past I think they could have at least responded to my emails instead of completely ignoring them
