I booked an eyebrow tint online but when calling up to check whether I needed a patch test beforehand, I was put through to the call centre. I was then on hold for 45 minutes and then got the message that the call centre was now closed! Unbelievable that you can't even get through to ask someone a very simple question! I have never had this experience at any salon before - this is the first time I have booked to go to Bannatyne's spa and it will certainly be the last!
