“Absolutely rubbish service”

I booked an eyebrow tint online but when calling up to check whether I needed a patch test beforehand, I was put through to the call centre. I was then on hold for 45 minutes and then got the message that the call centre was now closed! Unbelievable that you can't even get through to ask someone a very simple question! I have never had this experience at any salon before - this is the first time I have booked to go to Bannatyne's spa and it will certainly be the last!

Which Spa?

Ive used the one in Barnsley loads of times and they've been great.

Definitely recommend you try this one, most of my friends go too
