“Poor quality and service”

Wet areas i.e steam room, sauna are in poor condition. You have to give your card to get a towel and then bring your dirty towels all the way to the front desk to get back your card. When you complain saying that they should find a more customer friendly way to manage their towels, they claim that this is a best practice! Is this a joke?? Sadly not.
