“Stressful and frustrating rather than relaxing”

Booked Spa Days at Bannatynes twice now in Inverness and Edinburgh Centre and both times have been bad. Both occasions treatments booked were changed on the day. Website offers misleading to what get on the day. Staff unhelpful and stick to the line, no goodwill shown in light of mistakes and misunderstandings. Confusion over payments, taking twice and weeks spent out of pocket. Shame, very frustrating when should have been a nice treat.
