I love this health club the staff are friendly and helpful, there are classes to suit everyone and the instuctors are very helpful and understand everyone has different needs. It is always clean and the cleaning staff and always around, they do have issues with the spa pool from time to time but it is always sorted I have never known it be out of order for more than a day, and in the two year i have been a member it has only been out of order on around five occasions.
I am so glad i joined this gym and have recommended it to many family and friends.
The gym is tidy and has water coolers in each corner that always work, the machine are also in good condition and very rarly out of order if ever.
There seem to be many bad reviews on this site for this company so I felt i had i write on as I feel that Rotherham branch need compelenting on their service.
