“Horrendous”

Money grabbing, overpriced, unreasonable and awful to have dealt with.

I was sent a threatening letter saying they were going to take me to court nearly 2 years after cancelling my contract for 3 months of unpaid fees. I was even quoted on the phone that I had not used the gym for 3 months before it was cancelled! They would not back down and were totally unreasonable.

I would never recommend this horrible company to anyone. There are a lot of better alternatives out there.
