Awful customer service, their focus is short term money making and not on building loyalty. My complaints about dirty gym and broken equipment were never addressed during the 4 years of membership. When I moved my cancellation letter was 'lost' resulting in them threatening court action which I can ill afford.
I will never spend another penny with the Bannatyne group.
