The pack came the day expected but didn't contain the correct number of profile end caps for glazing. It took a number of attempts to contact the helpline which was closed on the Friday through to Monday. Eventually I was told (without an apology) it would normally take 5-7 days to send more, but probably longer as we were coming to a bank holiday (I'm waiting). I emailed to say this was disappointing but got no response. Reviews I read before buying indicated any problem such as this was promptly sorted - often the next day.
