Very professional & helpful recruitment agency!

I applied for an account management position advertised by Pareto Law on Reed.co.uk and was contacted immediately with more details about the opportunity.

After they ran me through the details she asked me whether I would be interested in proceeding to the next stage, which would be a phone interview. The position sounded great so I wanted to proceed and she then rang me later that very same day for the phone interview. She was extremely friendly which made me comfortable and confident answering her questions. She gave me some great feedback and told me my pros and cons that would help me improve if I were accepted to the interviewing day, which she invited me to.

She was very helpful leading up to the interview, prepping me with all the relevant information that I needed to know about when preparing for my presentation etc. However, I have been offered an internship elsewhere that I really wanted so I was unable to attend the interview.

The bad reviews about the agency are clearly bitter people who didn't get a job at the end of it, which the agency can obviously not guarantee! I cannot fault the agency and believe they will prepare you the best they can before an interview - the rest is up to you!
