My encounter with Pareto is probably the worst I have ever come across. After applying for the job, I was called up for a telephone interview, which I had passed and after this I was called up every day to ask how my preparation for the assessment day is going. The day prior to the assessment day I received a phone call once again, this time I was told not to bother coming because I did not sound dynamic enough during the 5 minute conversation I had with a guy called Dan. Prior to this I had read other reviews and thought it was just a lot of bitter people, but surely if they thought I weren’t dynamic enough they could have told me during the initial telephone interview. Not a day before, I've had to take time off work and make arrangements to get to the assessment day. My advice to anymore is not to waste your time with Pareto.
