As with any recruitment company there is the standard BS about figures, success and how they outshine all others. What is good about them is that they can get you a job. The thing that you should be aware of is that they will be phoning you all the time. Any time between 08:00 and 20:00 is good for them. They will also try to use you to get insider info on the company you get placed with, staff numbers, new vacancies etc...

Biggest trick, they may tell you that the salary you were expecting has been revised. Recruitment companies do this to milk extra money from the deal. Their client pays them for you, then they try to get money from you by effectively underpaying you. If they say the money has been lowered, query it, suggest that you will speak to the company. See what happens.
