I went to pareto law for an assesment day.It was full of rubbish.What I found is they make employers stupid by offering a rubbish service to them.Very very non professional.
I have been a top salesman in many companies.How come you say that if somebody can not participate in group tasks then he/she can not sell.
In sales jobs you meet your customers alone so there is no need to be a team worker.but if you do not perform better in group tasks at pareto then they assume that you are not good at selling which is a wrong idea by them.
Infact they should be given less then one star but its not possible to do.
They are a complete lie.

They are worse than rubbish. I can not see the reason why they exist in the UK market. They are ruining the UK economy and morale!!!
