Hi Everyone,

Felt necessary to write a review for Pareto as went through the assessment day on wednesday and already have 4 interviews lined up. Found the day hard but useful and have had a good result through it. 4 interviews in the week after an assessment day is, in my experience, pretty unheard of!

The day was long, quite daunting and intense but I feel that this was to be expected! Its not designed to be easy, its meant to test and push you...like many jobs in SALES will do.

Its difficult to get your voice heard on the day with everyone competing but out of everyone I had met who was successful on the day no one was obnoxious or needlessly aggressive.

I can understand why some people (who probably did not get through the process) have written bad reviews; its a tiring, stressful day and to be deemed unsuitable must feel quite demoralising! I was quite put off by some of the negative reviews which is why I felt compelled to submit a review to say that I feel the day was well structured and useful.

Yes some of the jobs Pareto may place candidates into may not be amazing but its up to you as the candidate to determine this at the interview stage when you meet the company you could be working for. Ask about your day-to-day role, ask what is is expected of you, ask as many questions as you feel necessary and then you wont be left doing a job you hate!

I only have good things to say about Pareto and all of the staff have been chatty, personable and very helpful!

I would only advise going to the assessment day if you are very confident that a job in sales is what you really want...obviously I am a bit biased because I was successful on the day but if you are looking to start a career in sales then I would 100% get in contact with Pareto!
