The best thing about Just IT is the training that is offered. Due to an unexpected scheduling, my group was exposed to all three of the trainers (Leo, Alex and Andy) within the first two weeks of training. And they were all excellent to learn from with very distinct but equally effective methods of teaching. The lessons were enjoyable and explained in a way that everyone, regardless of their knowledge of IT, could grasp quickly.

The careers consultants (Ben, Tyrone and Toyin) were very supportive and understanding in the individual needs and situations of candidates. The advice and tips they gave during applying for jobs and sitting interviews were very valuable and helped alot. They were also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Due to the setup of the programme, we did not get as much exposure to the recruitment team (Robin,, Natasha and Joel) as with the consultants. But they done a great job when it came to placing us in relevant work placement positions after our initial training was completed. Joel in particular was actively searching for an opportunity for me and helped me land an interview at a very decent company.

I got a job within 2 months of finishing my work placement after sending out less than advised amount of applications, but it would have been much faster had I made more applications. I know several fellow candidates, who have now become friends, that got jobs within a few weeks and some that even got a permanent role at the company they had their work placement with.

Overall this was a very enjoyable and useful experience and I look forward to training with Just IT when I'm ready to do my Cisco CCNA exams.
