I bought the GTS trolley in February 2012. I am now on my THIRD replacement!!issues with wheels falling off, frame breaking, axle shearing, electronic controls packing up, wheels not 'free wheeling'...The worst purchase I've ever made. By no stretch of the imagination this product, in my experience cannot ever be considered to be 'FIT FOR PURPOSE' it certainly does not do 'what it says on the tin'...I am now considering filing a claim at the Small Claims Court.
In fairness to Sportshq they have always replaced the trolley under warranty, however this takes at least two weeks each time so I have had to hire buggies adding to my out of pocket expenses and non-availability of use. In total I have been without a trolley about a collective 5/6 weeks. The latest replacement was delivered 24 July....straight out of the box one wheel was ok, one would not freewheel, thus goes round in circles!
There appears to be a fundamental lack of liaison between 'Customer Service' dept and their 'SHIPPING' dept, what was promised to be sent out was usually wrong or incomplete. I once had my trolley sent back to me minus wheels, battery and battery charger, after it had been 'repaired' !!...about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. All I wanted was a trolley to carry my bag around a golf course without breaking down, not much to ask, but when in use I now find myself constantly worrying about 'what is going to fail next?' Other colleagues who have the same GTS have had identical problems so it is not just me! The trolley is basically OK but is let down by poor QA in component manufacture and by QA in Customer Service.
I guess you get what you pay for, read all other reviews keeping in mind most people don't comment and vote with their feet....be warned (Caveat Emptor)....it seems to me to be like the old Lada's or Skoda's, more show than substance!

I am also on my third replacement having experienced the same problems. First the axle broke, then on the next replacement the frame snapped virtually above the same point. Controls worked when they wanted, set at a speed then attempt to turn down and no reaction. Front wheel poorly designed and virtually impossible to go in a straight line, hence putting stress on the trolley frame and battery
I agree 'Not Fit For Purpose', If the new replacement fails then I shall file a Small Claims'. I have no quarrels with Sports HQ as their service over the years has been excellent, however Stowamatic should be dropped from their range as are ruining their reputation
