I've had my ProTrolley GT300R for 2 years now and it's pretty awful to be honest.
The main complaint is the battery doesn't even last 18-holes on my relatively flat local course. I sent the original battery back about a year ago - they said it was only working at 60% and did send me a free brand-new one. But I'm still getting the same problem; It lasts 15 or 16 holes OK, then dies very quickly. I often have to push the trolley up the last 2 or 3 holes = inconvenient & embarrassing!
Other problems I had with it:
About the 3rd time I used it, the rear stabiliser wheel snapped off on the weld.
I have now had TWO main wheels just snap and break (the 3 spoke versions)- they were not strong enough (I see ProTrolley have discontinued these in favour of stronger 5 spoke wheels now).
The remote control sometimes stops working at 10m or so away = running after trolley or it crashes = embarrassing!
The buttons to make the trolley run 10, 20 or 30m stopped working.
The top bag support is too "floppy" and the bag leans over to one side.
I would NEVER recommend anyone buy any product from ProTrolley.

i agree that i wouldnt recommend the pro trolley gt300r to anyone having had much the same problems. i am on my second battery which is not new but a good as new replacement ,why i wasnt offered a new one i dont know ,apperently my original charger was faulty and burnt out the original battery , there was a recall notice on the original chargers due to them being faulty , a recall notice which i never recieved . i had the charger replaced and used the ,good as new battery , but alas the problem remained and the battery still didnt last a full 18 holes . recently the power switch on the handle works when it feels like , so when the battery in the remote runs very low or runs out i ended up pulling the wheels out to try and use it as an ordinary trolley but it was a lot of weight to try and push or pull . maybe i was just unlucky some peoples comments praise the trolley
