I would like to share my experience regarding the purchase of a Pro-Trolley
GT300 10/8/2010
1.The Battery 36 hole type lasted 10mths then had to be replaced.
2.The Frame holding rivets snapped and had to be replaced.
3.The Driv Shaft broke in half had to be replaced
4.The Variable Speed Control pack in and had to be replaced [TWICE]
5.The Wheel spokes sheared [3spoke type] and have had to be replaced at my expence with [5spoke type]this 6weeks after i paid £45 to have my trolley serviced.
Clearly this product is not fit for purpose and anyone thinking of purchasing one should heed this warning !!!
I've read reviews from other buyers and they all complement on their aftersales service and i agree it is very good but the product is of very poor quality .
My GT300 is under 2yrs old and the excuses i've been give is Ware & Tear
this is absolute rubbish.
