My trolley is 10 months old and been used for 7 of those months. I cannot get a speed above 3 although the preset distance functions go at a fast pace. It is not the battery as I have tried another battery with the same result, is there a fix for this?

My wheels on my pro rider trolley are not turning but the shaft is. I replaced the metal pins in the shaft but no improvement. I read in one review that the customer was told to use super glue for a similar problem. I don't want to do this. Can someone tell me what the actual problem is?

The clutch has gone, you have a clutch built into the wheel, it's black. And held in with three screws and the shaft fits into it. You need to contact pro rider and they will supply a new one, at a cost, but there simple enough to fit and hopefully your trolley is a newer model and they still make the part unlike mine Hope this helps

Sounds like the clutch has given up, if your trolley is older than 2011 then theve stopped making your type of clutch, if it's younger than that then contact Prorider and buy a new one I think there around £25-£30
