Bought the Sport 2 trolley 2 1/2 years ago, and found it to be very good. After only a couple of months it became so noisy I had to stop the trolley to speak to my playing partners. I got in touch via email and asked if there was any way to make it quiter, I was told to tighten this and take out that, but it made no difference. Thinking that I was beyond help, I took it to pieces and slammed in some grease and oiled everthing inside. No difference. I then emailed and complained again but this time I did tell them what I had done and presumed it would nullify the warranty. I was sent a box as I had obviously destroyed the wone it came in, and packed it off. It was returned to me within a week, fully serviced and silent. A JOB SHEET was included showing me what had been done. I am still using it and it is working perfectly and quietly. The only reason I am on here is because I am looking for a new battery and stumbled accross this site. Brilliant service and a good golf trolley for the price. I reccomend Linden for service.
