We have emailed and still no response. I have left phone number etc. I understand they are busy. This is such a faulty product given as a gift for 75th Birthday. All we want is either money back or as I am reading other peoples comments not sure if any products they have to replace this Model would not have the same problems. A response from the Company would be fantastic so we do not have to write terrible reviews re service and equipment
