I purchased these Forgan Generation 1 Golf Boots (three velcro strap variety) new. They have synthetic uppers, supplemented by an internal waterproof membrane and are guaranteed to be completely waterproof. They are manufactured on the large size and one needs to buy smaller than one's normal size.
