Bought the Slazenger K1 Speed after seeing it endorsed by Sam Torrence on The Golf Channel, and I must say I was very impressed when I started to use it.I added at least 25 yards to my drives and the free Hybrid I got with it was helping me greatly, but that all changed after about 10 rounds of golf. After teeing off on one hole I noticed the head of my driver travel after the ball. It had split from the shaft. Like others there was no Slazenger Customer service to complain to and the Golf Channel were no help either. A local pro put a shaft on for me but the driver was never the same without the double kick shaft it was famous for. I now use the Ping G15 and gave the K1 speed to a young golfer I met on the range one day, just until he can afford to buy a better one. I wonder how much Torrence got for promoting lies.
