I am really disappointed I placed an order with vertbaudet as they were offering a free jungle design tent, when my order was received they had swooped it for a cat box? So I emailed customer services and they told me that as the tent was out of stock and no further deliveries were due they replaced the item. I understand it's a free gift and I don't mean to be ungrateful however I feel the purpose of them offering it was to get us to order (and it worked) and then they didn't deliver worse still they didn't even let me know. Anyway like a fool as I really wanted the tent my oh said he would order us a gift again the tent was showing in stock 4 days later and again they have substitutided it for the cat box no contact again! It's not a very good way to treat your customers to advertise something and not amend your website if it's oos or ignore them and not advise that you are unable to deliver. I think the best thing is just to return everything to them why deal with a company that doesn't care about its customers. I may sound petty to some I know but still stand that the free gift is used to lure us in so is just as important.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in receiving our alternative free gift. When preparing a promotion we calculate the number of orders expected and order free gifts accordingly. Unfortunately this promotion far exceeded our expectations and therefore we had to substitute the free gift as per our T&C's.
