I should have check the reviews before placing an order with this website. Well, apart from well-presented website, nothing seems impressive at all. And yes, the FREE gift is totally a con! I placed my order back to early July and after waited for 2 weeks, I sent a message to them. Obviously no one gets back to me hence I sent another message 1 week later. I am requested to give a call to them regarding my order and so I did that. Quite excited knowing that they have processed my order and will dispatch it. However, I checked my account and noticed NONE of the items I ordered was available and has been cancelled. Only the so called FREE baby bag has been dispatched and they charged £3.99 for the delivery fee! I am really upset as the customer officer didn't bother to inform me about this at all. So today (2 weeks later), I received the package. And it's not the bag that I seen in the catalog, it's just a very ordinary white bag with no changing mat at all! That's ridiculous and they charged delivery fee for that! Very very disappointing and never again I will shop from this website nor recommend it to anyone else!
