I placed my first order with Vertbaudet last week. I was impressed with the delivery time after reading the poor reviews on that.

The clothes are fine, but I would have never paid full price for them. However,what I'm not so impressed with, is that I have a substituted free gift. I was really looking forward to receiving the free changing bag & mat that were advertised, as they looked great, but instead without warning, I got a poor quality, tiny, plain white bag with no mat.

The main thing that prompted me to order was the bag I was expecting. Not happy at all. It doesn't say anywhere in the leaflet that I had with the offer on that substitutes may be sent. I feel I should have been told during the order process that the original item wasn't available. I feel very disappointed :(
