Vertbaudet website has a constant technical problems - I ordered a few things, the order was cancelled, I got a call from customer service, they explained that there were technical problems, ordered items for me again, and what? the 2nd order was also cancelled!! I called customer service and not a very nice guy told me it was because of the problems with my payment card, asked me if I still wanted this order so he would put it for me, but I said no, I didn't want it any more. and what a surprise! 2 days after that call I get an email that my order was dispatched!! called them again, another not very nice person told me they can't do anything now, I will get the items, money was taken from my account but I can just return it. what a joke! and she didn't even apologised, only said they had problems on the website, that's all :/ won't buy from them again :/

Yesterday I wrote an email with complaint to the address given below, received a call today with apology and I will also be refunded the costs of contacting customer service. I am happy it was taken care of in such a quick and professional manner. thank you
