“So disappointing!!!”

Most items and sizes not in stock, despite the website saying they were. I received an unfulfilled order which was then useless and had to be returned. Replacement items took ridiculously long to be dispatched. Customer Service is just a joke, most agents seemed inexperienced and were confused and unhelpful. Would not recommend or use again!!
