Although I have sometimes received goods on time, there are times, and now is one where they have been "out of stock, awaiting supplies from the supplier". This has happened with a rug I ordered two months ago, and they are still awaiting stock. In the meantime,I ordered another one, which arrived in two days from a different company. But I cannot cancel the order with Studio, until I receive the rug and return at my own expense!
