I saw some nice stuffs on their site and decided to order, after waiting for one week with no email confirming by goods were on their way I checked their site only to see a notification that my application for an account was unsuccessful. I had opted for cash payment and not credit, so I am not sure what kind of credit check they would need to do to as I do not require credit. They seem hell bent on wanting you to open a credit account, that to me is the only reason my so called credit check came back unsuccessful. Very useless staff with no customer training. No email was sent to inform me of their decision and I honestly believe they should be closed down. Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!!
