Ordered a Xmas garland which was not delivered. Have phoned and cannot get through, put on hold, tried email no response. Have been billed for the missing item so phoned again, finally got through and was told they would send me a form to fill in, over a week later still waiting. They emailed about customer satisfaction, emailed back about bill, still cannot get through and they are still expecting payment. I have used this company in the past and have been satisfied but will not be using it in the future.
What has gone wrong with this company?
