Customer Care Line - As useful as a chocolate teapot!...

I placed an order via the internet for 3 items and received the acknowledgments that the order would be delivered in two seperate consignments. I received an email saying that my second consignment parcel would be despatched within 28 days.

Today I rang the customer service line to ask that they put a note on my order to deliver to my neighbour if I am not in as I work full time. They advised that the parcel was despatched to the courier company yesterday. I asked why I didn't receive notification of this yesterday and the response was vague, and said I should receive the email today. Well that doesn't help me now does it!..

I also asked who I need to speak to regarding feedback as on any other websites you order from in the delivery section field there is always the option to put a comment/ instructions or even a tick box to leave with a neighbour etc... I can't believe 24 Studio does not have this!.. The agent I spoke to said the courier company leave a card. Well wouldn't it make more sense for the courier company to make the delivery on the first attempt(as per the requested instructions) instead of having to re-arrange a second delivery.It's not rocket science!!!......
