I ordered a bed that advised a 10 day delivery time, 27 days later and no delivery. I have emailed and all I'm told is that the bed is now with the courier company and you can track the delivery, yes you can track but for 6 days all I can see is the delivery is in the warehouse and awaiting dispatch. Very disappointed and will never use Studio again as this is the worst delivery times I have experienced with any company.
If the realistic delivery time is 30 - 40 days then state that in the catalogue not a total lie of 10 days.
