Customer Service: Never had a problem with it, have always had emails responded to within 3 days.

Delivery: Fast delivery, packaged well, great tracking service

Site: Could be laid out better I'll admit. It is something which could be improved not that easy to navigate or find a specific item

Payment: Minimum repayments not bad at all. Repayment is usualy £10 or 6% of your outstanding balance (whichever is greater) The only thing that I don't like is an £8 service charge with every statement, this is ridiculous and not needed at all, just a way to make more money

Quality of products: A lot of the things I've had havn't been great quality but I think for the price you're paying what can you expect? Saying this I have ordered more expensive stuff and found the quality to be great so I am divided on this

Overall a good pay monthly catalogue I would recommend
