I ordered Hells Kitchen pan set in Sept 2012 as part of an order for £105.00 which I paid in full immediately.
I received a product recall on the pans in December 2012.
The pans were collected from my house on the 10th January 2013. I emailed customer services on the 10th January confirming the pans had been collected and I would like the refund paid directly into my bank account.
I received an email from Studio on 13th January asking me to wait 14 days. After 14 emails back and forwards with Studio keep asking me to wait a furtehr 14 days I am STILL without my refund 28 DAYS LATER!!!
All I want is my OWN money back from them, but it seems they just want to hold onto it.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
