after ordering and paying for my items, i paid for everything in full!! DO not do this untill you have received all items and they are allin working or in the condition they should be in!!!
i ordered two of the same thing, for christmas presents. One showed as being with a corrier wile the other appeared as post code error? the one that made it through ended up being broken and as i opened it went everywhee, no fault of studio that it was broken admittedly. but when i called to get replacement, they charged me for the replacement, and informed me that someone will collect the damaged item, This was back in November!!! The item has just been picked up, and the refund still hasnt happened!?!?!?! and the replacemtn was ordered start if novemebr and was due to arrive after christmas? another item ordered on september was due to arrive 3days before christmas, so i cancelled that order, they still havent given me this refund, in total, its taken 4 months, and my total order was almost £400 that i paid upfront as soon as i got the invoice, and yet the refunds and damage and collection service is still ongoing!!
DO NOT USE STUDIO!!!! IF YOU DO, DO NOT PAY UNTILL EVERYTING HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN THE RIGHT TIME FRAME AND WORKING!!
