I ordered presents for Christmas. Some of them were ok and worth the price but 3 of my items were badly damaged.
I ordered a personalised apron which the name was spelt wrong. And a personalised trinket box which was battered to peices and wouldn't shut. I phoned customer service and After being on the phone for an hour and speaking to 5 different people I still had no outcome or help a bloke in particular seemed to have no idea what he was doing I am now waiting for a manager to call me back if they call back, plus the fact the phone call cost me £10. I wouldn't bother ordering a big order maybe some smaller items. It might be worth the money when you're ordering its not worth your time!!
