I personally think that if people have good customer service they 'forget' to write a review, however if you recieve bad customer service its reported. i do not think these reviews give the company justice, many of their products you wouldnt find on the high street for the same prices! i do my xmas shopping with them every year and have never had a bad thing to say about them! x

I once thought the same as you and did praise them now however i wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. If you at some time have a problem then good luck in sorting it out. I hope somewhere down the line your attitide doesnt change when you get a problem like i did then you will see that not everyone is wrong. Good luck.

Same here. always good service, everything delivered on time. everything in good order and will continue sending orders to them. Have been a customer for 15 years plus.
