I ordered goods to the value of £96 and phoned studio to enquire when delivery due was told cheque not received but this was posted by me on the 19th and was processed on the 25th november according to bank statement
studio not accept this so paid the bill by credit card and went to cancel cheque but then found out it had been drawn
so informed studio and again they denied they had cheque
contacted credit card company and inform them of scenario and now have to send evidence of both transactions to catalogue and credit card company
and hope to get money back from them and and wont have to pay credit card
will never deal with studio again as they have had double the amount from me in relation to payment

why is studio still aloud to rip us off after so many complaints and so many unhappy customers,studio should be shut down for good.when we make an order we are told in stock3-7 days delivery and then we have to pay in full and when we do studio dont order your order,you have to phone 3 times and when you do get intouch studio tells you you have to pay some more to your order and because you realy want the products to pay up and by this time still no delivery and when you send emails to them they say it was delivered with a signed signture for the parcels so who realey signs for them because it wasnt me.and every time i email them and tell them im moveing abroad in two weeks and need my stuff,i get flobbed off and my delivery date moves to another 28 days.so iv paid in full of £130:00 and nothing to show for it and will be leaving with out my order.its a disgrace and nobody does anything to help us.
