Bought a chopping board at the end of October for my wife for Xmas it arrived no problem.So i wrapped it ready for Xmas on taking it out of the box on Xmas day i found a crack all the way down the middle.
I rang studio they told me i only had 10 days to return it therefore your out of time I explained why I hadn't sent it back but they wasn't bothered really bad customer service and no good will shown.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
