We ordered from here in October! They said my father had to pay full balance straight away over the phone by debit card which he did, we then received a invoice on my mothers account charging this amount again! When we phoned them they advised they could not find any payment which was utter rubbish. After a few weeks they decided that they had found the payment after all and said my mother would only be charged £4.99? We don't know what this charge is for and neither do they but advised she needs to pay it! Would never use this shambles of a company again and would advise everyone it is more hassle than the cheap chat they sell is worth!!
