I placed my first order earlier this year, not overly impressed with the table and chairs but I guess you get what you pay for. I tried logging in to my account to place a new order today but it says I don't have an account set up.... Strange as I receive my bill monthly. So I rang up to order, and ended up hanging up in frustration as the person reeled off a load of gabble about insurance (at least that's what I think they were on about - I found the person really hard to understand). I just wanted to place an order for 1 item? I eventually gave up and decided to order the item in my husband name. I ordered on line and clicked to continue as a cash customer, everything went through but I was never asked for any payment details which I find strange. Anyway, I feel that annoyed and wound up that it's so hard to place an order with these people that I rang the automated number and cleared my balance in full. Really can't be bothered with these jokers anymore. My advice, shop elsewhere.
