I ordered a laptop back in October for Christmas. Every time I checked the order status the delivery date had been put back a week. It is now January and I have just checked again and its been put back until February. Studio claim that it is in stock!
Despite this, I am now being billed for it. I have emailed Studio asking them to remove the charge from my invoice until I actually receive the laptop but have had no reply. I must stress that I've never had any problems with them before, they've always been fine but this has really put me off using them again. I intend to cancel the order for the laptop of course.
