I am happy with goods quality, but a lot of the time some parts of order are out of stock, meaning a re-order incurring yet more p&p.I have mentioned this to staff but they never have an answear. This also applies to returning items for any reason.It does'nt go down too well when new customers get free p&p plus an extra discount with us long standing people paying in full.
