takes too long to receive your goods. value for money rubbish. birthday present for my daughter just managed to arrive on the day(ORDERED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE) ,but when she opened it , it was incomplete(stool missing), but could not return as she would be very upset on her birthday without a present(4 years of age only).now she sits on the floor when playing her piano. makes me feel down. DO NOT USE THEM.

have you spoken to their customer service? when i had a bit missing from a parcel they sorted it out for me
