Studio24 are nothing but theifs and the customer services department are less than helpful. My first statement went missing when I called to advise they said they would re-send but they still charged a late payment fee and placed this on my credir report. The third statement also went missing again they charged a late payment fee and again this was added to my credit report dispite me calling their so called customer services department who just kept saying it was not their fault!!! Granted they cant control royal mail but they show no understanding and refused to update the 'Credit Referance Agency'
This was the first time and the last time that I would ever use them, their late payment charges are rediculas maybe thats why their statements go "missing" so they can charge their customers higher fees.
