Studio24 are nothing but theifs and the customer services department are less than helpful. My first statement went missing when I called to advise they said they would re-send but they still charged a late payment fee and placed this on my credir report. The third statement also went missing again they charged a late payment fee and again this was added to my credit report dispite me calling their so called customer services department who just kept saying it was not their fault!!! Granted they cant control royal mail but they show no understanding and refused to update the 'Credit Referance Agency'
This was the first time and the last time that I would ever use them, their late payment charges are rediculas maybe thats why their statements go "missing" so they can charge their customers higher fees.

Please note that your current and past statements can be accessed by logging into your studio account online.
Statements are issues every 4 weeks, if you are aware of statements going missing or being lost in the post it may be worth logging into your account online and making a note of the due date and then setting yourself a reminder for 4 weeks in the future to log into your account to check and pay your bill.
Our terms and conditions do state that "Should you fail to make a payment or pay less than the minimum amount due by the specified date and we or someone acting for us have to remind you to make such payment, we reserve the right to charge you a default sum of up to £20 each time that we have to remind you."
If you do not feel satisfied with the service you have received from 24studio please email [email protected] with details in order that we can resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
