as i do shift work, i rang the 24hour orderline which was promptly answered by the automated system which thanked me for calling and i would be put through to an agent. there was no ring tone and several minutes later im still waiting. tried another 2 times with same results.do studio still do 24 hour telephone service? apart from this ive never had any problems.no delivery charges would be great though!
