i bought a microwave from studio which brokdown after few months i rung them as it was still under warrentty .they saidthey will make arrangment for the collection of item within a week,but it took them three months and i been ringing every week.when finnally microwave been collected and after couple of weeks i contacred them i been told they did not recieved item and a decleration form sent to me which i filled and sent back along with proof of collection .after couple of weeks i rung them again to see if money is put back in my account which still has'nt .
