I placed an online order and used the code from the booklet that came with my newspaper. I had an order acknowledgement email with the correct discount prices on, however when I received the items the full prices were showing. I rang the 0871 number and spoke to a rep who could not find the booklet that I used and so left me hanging on the phone whilst she went to ask a supervisor. She came back after a few minutes and said that the supervisor would look into it and to phone back in a few days. I am going to send them a copy of the flyer and of my confirmation email. I will not be ordering in future from this company.

I have had exactly the same thing happen, and i have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for them to collect the item which is a swinging hammock seat, so it is too large for me to take to the post office. I have phoned the helpline three times in all and each time i have been told it will be collected within seven days!! The statement date was for the 21st june 20012. So i paid £10 so they would not add anymore on for late payment because they told me it will not be removed from my account until it has been collected!! I am at my wits end and being 70yrs old i cant seem to be able to cope as well with the stress of it all!! Having been a customer for well over 30yrs and never ever made a late payment . I think its disgusting, and i will never have anymore truck with them again. Deciding what i can do next!!
